Donlouco Ireland Ltd is a Cork-based manufacturer of engineered metal components for OEMs in Ireland, the UK and Europe. We own and run a CNC machining facility in Jiashan, China, and manage forged parts through a long-standing network of approved partner factories, all under a single Donlouco quality system.
Established in 2002, we take parts from drawing through to volume production and scheduled delivery to your door, with every customer relationship managed from Ireland.

We keep the offer deliberately focused. CNC machining is done in-house at our own plant; forging is produced by approved partners under Donlouco engineering and inspection. Both routes deliver the same documentation, traceability and finish.

3, 4 and 5-axis milling and multi-axis turning across 51 machines. Hydraulic cylinder components, valve blocks, enclosures and parts machined from solid, to ±0.005mm.

Forging with Secondary Machining
Closed-die and open hammer forging to 1,600T, heat-treated and shot-blasted, then finish-machined in our own facility. Rod ends, clevis mounts and high-strength structural parts.

Built and Run Factories in China.
Donlouco is owned and run by Donal Murphy and Louise Zhou, a husband-and-wife team, both engineers. In 2001 Donal was posted to Shanghai by an American multinational to build a 160,000 sq ft manufacturing facility and develop its local team; the site went on to become the group's flagship plant, taking on projects transferred from Europe and the US.
Those years taught the founders how Chinese manufacturing actually works: how supply chains move, how people get things done, and, just as importantly, how to run a clean and well-governed operation. That experience is the foundation Donlouco was built on, and the reason we chose to own our own facility rather than rely on third parties.

Our Own Factory
A Donlouco-owned CNC facility in Jiashan gives us direct control of scheduling, process, quality and cost, and keeps customer drawings inside the company.
Engineering & Design
Drawings and 3D models, engineering translation, and specification of materials and finishes to European and Chinese standards. Tooling, fixtures and NPI managed in-house.
Quality Assurance
ISO 9001 and EN 1090 certified. Every part inspected at production and again before shipping, with full material traceability on every order.
Freight & Logistics
Sea and air freight, customs clearance and demand scheduling managed by Donlouco. Parts arrive at your door with no hidden costs.
