Donlouco is a Cork-based precision manufacturer, established in 2006, that owns and operates its own CNC machining facility in Jiashan, China. We manufacture CNC-machined and forged steel hydraulic cylinder components to customer drawings for cylinder manufacturers and OEMs across Ireland, the UK & Europe, managed from our head office in Cork.
All components are made to exact customer specifications, ISO 9001 & EN 1090 certified, and delivered plug-and-play ready to go straight onto your cylinder line.

Cylinder bases, flanged parts and rod eyes are forged by approved partners to Donlouco tooling and specification, then CNC machined and inspected in our own facility. Forged parts are stronger and more durable than cast or machined-from-solid alternatives.
Optimised grain flow and material density give forged components the mechanical properties that demanding hydraulic applications need.

The most common are rod eyes and clevises, which pivot in one plane on a pin; spherical bearing ends, which also take angular misalignment; trunnion mounts, which pivot on the cylinder body; and flange mounts, which fix the cylinder for straight-line push or pull. Donlouco manufactures all of these to customer drawing.

CNC machined parts offer tighter tolerances and suit complex geometry such as ported valve blocks, gland nuts and pistons. Donlouco provides both, including secondary CNC machining of forged blanks in our own facility.
