Donlouco has extensive experience in the CNC Machining of a wide range of steels and components across the hydraulics industry. CNC Machining of large to small components of complex geometries and shapes. High accuracy and surface finish including valve ports. SAE, T2A, JIC, Sun, Atlantic, etc.
Hydraulic Cylinder parts can be CNC Machined using 3, 4 & 5 Axis Capabilities depending on requirements.
Forging
Donlouco has extensive experience in the Forging of Hydraulic Components, cylinder bases, flanged components, and rod eyes.
Forging can produce hydraulic cylinder parts that are strong and more durable than an equivalent cast or machined part. As a result of forging, excellent grain structure is achieved in the steel material which is the key attribute to improving the strength and toughness.

Forging Capabilities and Quality Assurance
Forging capability from small, detailed parts to large forgings of 50 kg or more.
Maximum forging capacity of 1600 Ton. Forged parts, mostly CNC machined to a finished part level.
Forging tools are designed and managed and can be reverse engineered from finished part drawings by Donlouco.
All steel grades to meet customer requirements and European standards.
Suitable steel grades are used for welded parts to ensure welding integrity is achieved at all times.
Forged parts can be fully tested, tensile, impact, etc. at the approval stage and by sampling as required. All parts are fully checked and inspected before shipping with full traceability and reports available with all shipments.
